Brainstorming and Idea Generation
Seahawk's skillful facilitation uses proven ideation techniques that will push your team to the limit and beyond. We utilize a wide variety of inventive techniques to get everyone thinking beyond traditional boundaries - both linear ("left brain") and intuitive ("right brain"). As the sparks fly, all ideas and thought-starters are captured, until the "well" is exhausted. Then, the fun really begins. Idea Evaluation
Many brainstorming sessions end with a long list of interesting ideas, with little assessment, ranking or other evaluation. Seahawk helps you assess the strengths and weaknesses of ideas, rate them against criteria for success and then select the strongest. We can then help you develop the winning ideas further into acceptable solutions.
Problem Solving
Seahawk can help you tackle your most challenging problems. Similar to idea generation in many respects, our process spends more time helping the group define and refine the problem, getting to core issues. Most challenges can be broken down into several smaller problems, each of which can contribute to the initial problem stated. Once identified, our facilitation unleashes your group's brainpower to generate creative solutions.
Action Planning
There are few things more frustrating than generating terrific ideas and solutions and having them just sit there. After an intense problem-solving or ideation session, it is important to identify action steps to ensure that the momentum continues. Seahawk incorporates a visual display technique, similar to storyboarding, that pinpoints WHO will do WHAT by WHEN. This process assigns responsibility, identifies milestones and victory points, and makes sure that nothing slips through the cracks.
